HTC is the worst company ever. Nokia is the best! How can anyone match the quality of a Taiwanese company to a Finnish company. This phone is made in Germany with some of the most exotic materials, which includes glass and steel. It's not another HTC plastic phone made in China!

This phone is the best. I agree with everyone else on the fact that HTC sucks in design. They never had any design. Nokia rules in terms of design. Even Sony Ericsson is falling behind in terms of design with those uncomfortable keypads and LG, with that cheap, plastic feel, or Motorola, which also has a terrible design. Nokia rocks! Keep up with the beautiful designs. It is a pitty that none of the N-series phones have such a design.

This phone is excellent and it has all the features that you would need from a phone. I prefer quality in terms of design over functionality. What would you need a very-functional phone, when these functions are hard to use? This phone is made out of steel and glass and Nokia states that the slide mechanism doesn't make any sound at all and it is extremely smooth. This phone also has an excellent OLED 16 million color display. This phone is worth every penny! It's great!!!

the reason the price will be high is due to where its manufactured (Germany)compared with China and the quality of materials used

this phone isn't that great. $1400 come on nokia. at least most htc phones are somewhat affordable and have good features.

I agree with you Ivan. HTC is the worst company in terms of design. They lost their sense of fashion a long time ago--No, wait! They never had any! HAHAHA! HTC should no exist at all. I am proud of Nokia for releasing such a beautiful phone. I would love to buy it. Just lower the price.

Nokia, I would love to buy this phone and I would if the price wouldn't be so high. This is one tough, classy phone. The smartphones don't come close to such a beautiful design. Most of all, I have to say, HTC sucks and is the worst company in the world. It should burn to the ground and the stupid people who work there should die.

Several questions:
Why is there no Micro SD slot?
Why is the price so high?
Why is the excellent 3.2 MP camera missing flash?
A $1400 phone? Come on Nokia. You can do better than that.

This is an excellent phone. But I have to agree with the previous comment that the price is too high. The value doesn't justify the price. You could get a phone with twice as many features that are way better got such a price.

This is a great mobile phone in terms of quality and design. Its features are very nice and everything you would expect from a mobile phone and beyond. It is indeed a phenomenal piece of art. But what is with the steep price tag. I love this phone very much, but I would never spend $1,400, which is the listed price on the Nokia website. This is a carzy price for such a mobile phone. I could buy 2 Nokia n95s.

For the people complaining the looks of this piece of art I think you need to wait a little more time. Isn´t out yet!!

This is truly the replacement for the original 8800! The look is more original & much prettier than the 8600. Come with a lot more features too....hopefully, this will turn out to be a good user friendly phone UNLIKE the disappointing 8600 Luna I had!!!

I use Sirocco and 6500 slide. I was waiting so long for Nokia to make a phone like this. Looks + Features. Nokia is the BEST!
