Same feeling wz Ivo. Vibration is essential not only during meetings, it will alert u in an extremely NOISY environ. eg: Construction Site. Why NOKIA excluded such an important feature? My best guess is Vibration will affect the functionality or stability of the phone during operation. Like PC can't withstand heavy vibration.

How can you make such an excellent phone without vibration, this is madness. Anyway Nokia rules

It would be a grear idea to hv back lite for the keyboard in order to type something eg: sms in the dark. Don't u think so?

The phone just rocks. No need for the camera man, u buy a mobile use its camer 2 or 3 times and then you go bakc to your proffessional Nikon.
But what I am having problem with is the slow processing.
Long Live NOKIA

Forgot to mention one thing that makes sens for Nokia to having omitted the caera from the 9300 :
When you visit factories and other sensistive places, you are not allowed to carry a cameraphone and you have to leave it behind. Thanks to the 9300 being without camera, you can keep it with you everywhere.

I've been using the 9300 for a while now and I do indeed like it. The size is practical, the screen is large enough for being practical when remotely tweaking a server using SSH2 and the 9300, the keyboard sure beats anything else seen in mobile phones ( except the 9500 ). I don't miss the omitted wifi, nor the omitted camera, after all I don't need the wireless network, for that I have a fullsized laptop and the camera is no loss, after all the cameras I've seen until now in mobile phones do have one thing in common that nullifies the amount of pixels, ie poor optics and you'll never get decent optics if you want to keep the price down to sensible levels on a camera equipped phone.
And the 9300 is a pure business tool, not a toy, one should keep that in mind.

9300 is a very good cell phone but you should make is smaller and lighter so the person who have will love it. Therefore you should also put 2.0 megapixel camera because sony erission some which are coming soon camera is 2.0 megapixel. YOu should put 2.0 megapixel camera in and phone which is like 6230i.
Thank you

It looks more of a luggage that a phone. Think of making a smaller phone that can be carried anywere, anytime, and fit in a tight jean. Otherwise congrats for the good job nokia is doing. i always use nokia phones.

i tried a lot of blank logo's, but it won't work. Ether you get still your provider logo or you get a white part in your screen

This phone rocks, it's just pure class. Once you've got it in your hands and you use it, you'll know what I mean. I did loads of research and went for this over MDA III, SE P910 and Treo 650 (couldn't wait for that). I've got no regrets, the design is flawless and I think it does the best job out there of combining a phone and PDA. If it had Wi-Fi, Touch Screen and Vibrate, it would be perfect, but I can live without those until they bring them out in the next generation :-)

Anybody knows how to go about removing the operator logo on the external screen? I've been trying but failed.
