The trouble with these public forums is that anyone can post in them, which means that these reviews are full of detritus. Frankly I was hoping for some useful comment, as I was looking for the specific difference between the 9300 and the 9300i. Seeing as most of you really have nothing useful to remark and that half formed unpunctuated thoughts fall from your heads, I will just offer this comment to all those who seem to think this is a useless phone (I imagine that would mostly include anyone who has never actually tried one) : The richest and most influential estate agent in the country has provided all its employees with one of these, so if you know better than him, great, well done, pat of the back, otherwise : Keep quiet!

            CMe....
problem with Nokia is that they depend on loyal rats to open phones to find out which models... why cant they clearly mark it on the outside

If your clever you dont buy phones with key features missing in the first place, you wait for its sequel and save your money.

Believe me, I'm from London and here I haven't seen any of the good executive carry single 9300/9300i/9500 but I've seen Electric/Gas meter regulator people carry these hand sets. I don't find any charm in this so that's why I own 6310i

Its a very useful device the two things to remember about it is that its a phone second and a very good web access device first. Its fairly large for apocket and getting it clipped onto a belt or something is near enough impractical.

The bluetooth and infra red work well as does the WiFi.

It is sad that Nokia does this to its customers launch the 9300 and the a few months later the 9300i....

                                  1) Keep some key features missing so that you are forced to upgrade

                                  2) I think we must keep our phones at least for 3 - 5 years (if not longer)... the impact on the environment because of redundant / discarded phones is becoming huge .... Nokia does not seem to keep this in mind.

                                    to the one below
the Major difference between the 9300 and the 9300i is the Wi-fi which is a very important feature aslo the 9300i has a major improvement in the battery life!!
so if i were you i would go for the 9300i as wifi is a very important feature in business phones

No it do not have one but it work very well with Tom Tom mobile Navigator 5.0 software and GPS. I've a car radio with integrated GPS who not work so acurate that the Nokia ones.
