Our divice not update automatic on my Nokia Asha 202.It is not down loading video or moove, and youtube Please help me out with this problem..

Hi users of this phone and others :)
I have this phone few weeks and for now Im satisfied with phone.
This phone probably Nokia is supposed to show and to put to market sometime in 2007, so only 5 years late. :)
And this phone is junk for 2012 in market of smart phones.
BUT, big but. This phone if we look better, is NOT smart phone, it is just a PHONE and have two SIM cards.
Works well and is inexpensive. For everyday using, phone works its purpose and for now Im satisfied.
When you compare the price and quality, it is a good buy.

i am using this phone . After doing s/w update (go to menu-device update) my phone runs faster . .now i can read khmer unicode in offline and online . Font size can be increased. Internet through nokia browser is fast (acceptable). I think that nokia provides new update of s40 OS so it will be great if nokia releases phone with larger screen size forAsha series (3,5" to 4"). I also heared that nokia Asha 308 supported by nokia express browser so i might replace my Asha 202 and go for Asha 308 instead. Thanks to NOKIA.

Hey guys this phone isnt good man..
The resistive touchscreen is a pain in da ass.
And sometimes the phone restarts, it also happened to one of my friends who also have this phone, the Music Player is too bad. No Equaliser, seriously.
Very bad phone, Micromax phones are better than this piece of shit.
Im regretting like hell.

hi i had lot expectations about this phone but thr are so many disadvantages such as thr is no automatic lock option..and thr is no option to move data from folder to folder.....and tr is no option to rename memory card.....

I think u guys are looking for arc rival in only 6000 rupees. But u are wrong this phone is not made for streaming and video playing because its main functionality is dual sim and touch n type. If u want any video player phone u should try experia miro, tipo.
Because i have Galaxy s3 and last week i Purchased Nokia asha 202 its very cool very good phone

Sir, I have been using it for last 40-45 days, I mean, it is just 40-45 days old phone. I have been finding lot of problems with it. I mention it categorically. It supports some videos of 3GP formet but it doesn't support some videos of same formet but those well play in other phones (like nokia 3110 old model, nokia C-2 & in samsung too). It shows that this video may not play well in this device. other problem is, it is also corrupting memory card. Some time it gets switched off itself when i watch video. Pse suggest me about the problem & what spep should i take in this condition. my email add. is manojkr18121988@gmail.com

Nokia asha 202 mobile is totally waste. No you tube, no web page,no wifi connection. Also web browsing very slow. Attend receving calls very better. Thank you.

Nokia asha 202 Phone.Battry back up Low.Touch screen slow.if use security code,hang locked place in pocket.phone locked automatically no have option setting.

:)I've been using it for quite some time now, its a nice phone, very handy with excellent body frame. I love it. But sometimes, one may experience difficulty in trying to install or use applications that require internet connection. If you experience such, trying creating a backing up of your contacts, and other important data excerpt ur settings. Then restore the factory settings. After that you can restore ur back up if you want. I did in mine it worked. Now I can install new applications:D

I've been using it for almost two months. Its a good one. I did S/W update few days ago (Reboot needed ) afterthat it runs smoothly and then it supports khmer unicode too especially by texting. To read message we can set/change font size to large so its comfortable to read sms in english or local language. This touch & type dual sim phone supports multi lingual. Its battery is ok. For normal use it lasts for two or three days. In the otherhand this phone is less heavy , solid build and affordable price. Many thanks to Nokia & GSM Arena team.

Nokia makes such nice phones and ruins them with a lousy resistive touchscreen. What is the point of this touch screen after all? On such a small screen area it is a total waste. Look at the phone on the other hand, it is solidly built and great looking ordinary phone. The touch screen really ruins it for me.

No wi-fi but can store a lot of apps. Very flexible and has great utilities. Its just a good phone for people who just want a phone. Very sensitive though, once you drop it with out it's gel case, it has this "keeps on restarting" problem. oh and, you can switch sim cards without having to turn it off since the sim2 slot is external! cool! :)) i have this and im enjoying my phone so far! Goodluck to other nokia asha 202 users!
