i used it for over 1 year now...problem are..whatsapp when i get message inbox sound but when i click it i cant see it..had to on n off few times n wait i get lucky...sometime reset itself when many aps opened...hangs...etc..my honest advice..this old model already..save your money..dont get it..

Unikman, 18 Jan 2014Plz mine is browsing but can't download apps like whatsapp,... moreCheck your GPRS settings. If aren't set, contact your service provide to request GPRS settings. But, if you have already received& installed the settings, you will have to check your "configuration settings" by go Menu>Settings>Configuration>Personal config>Add new. Add all 5 settings you find there, and set default to all then try downloading again.

I tried to delete them all, but the phone contunues to connect both Wi-Fi and GPRS at the same time. I called my operator and they told me that they cannot stop that setting and all Asha 302 users have the same problem as me, and now I can't use my home Wi-Fi network trought my Asha :( Otherwise I'm very gratefull. My battery life is 1 week! And the phone works fast and has no other problems except the Internet settings.

I've been using this phone for almost a year. For one month I'm using sony xperia e. All I can tell you is that I'm sick and tired of this laggy sony xperia e. I'm going to switch to nokia asha 302 again.
