I loved my phone but there's a problem I don't how I get that symbol and I can't make any call or anyone call me because of that symbol and that arrow means "All incoming calls are diverted to another number" how can I make it disappear please

As we ar speaking am currently using this fone, i must admit its quit fast but i have a problm wit accessing the 4nes main web browser and am forced to use otha browsers like operamini, my favourt abt this fon is that i kan enjoy avi fomat videos but its proccesor tends to slow down en the video stops playing proparly

What is the real 3G speed of the Asha 302? I see on GSMarena that the speed is 14.4.mbps & on other sites its 10mbps. Please tell me what's the real speed.
