US Phones is different coz it depends in your carrier like Sprint, Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile. Or you can go to any mobile servide center or Nokia Care(if there's an outlet in the US)

its a very nice phone actually its messaging, calls, apps are all superb but the internet usage kind of blows it off. when i first tried the wifi i still have to turn on the mobile data so it is not very practical for prepaid users

If you want a phone that never hangs, have a superb camera and superb quality video recoreding, i suggest you buy nokia 5233 symbian smart phone... I have nokia 5233, very fast internet... I was downloaded 4 mb file in 2 minutes... And video recording, photo capturing quality is superb... (2mp camera) battery backup is excellent. It supports youtube, live streaming like TV channel, whatsapp and many more... It is a mini computer... (but it dont have 3G, wi-fi, secondery camera) nokia 5233 new phone cost is 5500/- to 6000/- so you can buy 2nd hand @ below 3500/- rupees... Search on OLX
