Ranjitranjan , 20 Sep 2014I purchased it nearly half month ago. It is a very bad pho... morealways no signal. YOU MUST GO OUTSIDE your house to have your signal. When having a signal,only one bar is available.Is this the kind of cellpone (Asha 502 Dual Sim) with a brand name of Nokia.

Plz dont buy any phone based on Asha platform..Had never seen such a worst mobile before......nvr buy this phone ever...it is just a waste of money.....

You know what every time when I dial the number and it give me option to choose, when I choose the number and press the enter button the phone refreshed it self why? should I buy another phone to use for balances checking's only. Please I need help

why should I log in when you haven't even answered my question? How do I buy bundles on the phone and check back balance if your dump phone apps is not supporting a enter command

I purchased it nearly half month ago.
It is a very bad phone ... operating is very slow. i can't call anybody when my network shows full but it shows "Please check network services" or "call not allowed"...
i m going to sell it.

I Hav asha 502, Hike, viber, skype apps are not supported this device. but templerun chinese version supported. otherwise as a java phone This phones performance is awesome. and fast social media connectivity. you dwld Java apps from UC brwsr & Install it.. This phones functn is comparing to Android OS .. It's totally diferent & utility based apps available in asha 502. but apps Graphics are not good always comparing to Android. We compared to chinese machinery phones LIke Micromaxx,.. Must NOkia Asha 502 is completely Ideal phone . My rating is Asha502 3.9/5
