Actually it depends on the store were you will buy the phone, if you will buy that phone on the other stores ( not the nokia store) you will get dissapointed ...... Like the others here ...i think they buy it in the wrong store.

som, 18 Jan 2014you can buy.....but the brousing speed is low.its ram is al... morehi, Kindly you check your mobile operator service, because many persons don't know that mainly internet service speed is depends on operators signal quality, not on handset speed. Basically basic handsets also given best speed of internet upto 1.5 mbps, if mobile operator Signal is with full range. So Don't confused that your handset is having problem or something like that. I have experience about IPhone 4 it's speed is slow & Nokia 6630 it's having best internet speed. After i realised my Iphone 4 is having problem of poor signal of mobile Operator, and handset having full strength of mobile operator
