i am using this phone for a while, i have came across a problem; the phone freezes then auto restart itself when i try to access the internet. does anyone know what is wrong or has anyone faced the same issue ?

Considering the price of the phone, I think it is good. But there are some problems with it:
- Phone's case become old so fast. Mine now looks like a 2-year-old phone after JUST 2 months!
- the user interface is slow.
- Now I can't see received files anymore.
- The camera of my old Nokia 6230 (which I still make use of) is much clear and better than the one on Nokia C1-01.
- I find it hard to send and receive files between the phone and my laptop.
In the end, I guess you get what you paid for; no more.

I deeply love Nokia and Its Design concept and ease of use. Nokia is really great in Marketing, I don't want to use other phone, Nokia Phones is really a good companion as compare to costy iPhone with rubish rectangular shape without multitask and FM radio even a chinees phone has all these things and samsung just like a dummy phone. Again I am in LOVE with NOKIA.

Nokia C1-01 runs S40 6th edition. I have no idea about S40 6th edition because i am not using it. But i have a nokia 2330c which has a lot of software issues such as,the preinstalled browser, calculator are vanished. converter, games, 2 themes of 3, wallpapers are corrupted. Trying hard i downloaded operamini software and now i am usi it. It also hangs a lot. One of my friend who has a nokia 5130 are facing the same problem. So i think nokia should improve S40 platform. But i know the symbian S60 is the best os from nokia and should go for it if anyone has enough money.

The C1-01 is a great phone for the general user that does not require and functions that are outstanding. Usability is fantastic and very basic, sleek design and cost effective.

And you have to pair the phone with bluetooth pc dongle first from the pc. I am connecting with pc via bluetooth without problem.

Sometimes when i try to move a application from one folder to another in memory card, the folder becomes empty. And then i can't even delete or install any other app in that folder. I have to connect the micro sd to pc and then scandisk the card. Then it gets detected as errors and deleted by windows.
