this phone has a lot of problem wid its software
wen one deletes their photos thro pc suit the existing file gets corrupted. the conversat view in messages gets all mixed up some other persons msg gets displayed in other contacts conversation wid u.say, msg from rahul sits in the conversation of mohit.

i have some problem updating this phone, when i updating it it stops and error occurs that my usb cable is disconnected, yet this is a very good phone!

I like the phone but the charger didn't work from day 1, and the replacement failed after 2 charges. I called custumer service, and they were not willing to compensate me for buying a universal charger. I will never buy another Nokia product.

I updated my c1 to version 6.15.now i can use themes from every site.and after update it has a new feature of drafts.its really a great phone.i ve been using dis for last one yr.and one more thing battery life also enhanced after update.bt u cant update yr c1 wid phone.it can be updated only by nokia suite .

phone is very slow.and not supported streaming videos..!
