Buttons too small for texting with any degree of accuracy, touch screen unresponsive, generally a bit of a dog.
The touch screen on mine intermittantly give out entirely in fact- though I can't imagine this is a terribly common problem.
Never did like it all that much. Think touch screen is mainly just a bit of novelty, another bullet point to put on the box.

The Handset looks great. I bought it for INR 4100 from Sangeeta. I am a slide-phone hater, but even then by looking at the simplicity in build, I bought it on 07 Feb 2012.
When I switched it ON, it started but displayed only white screen, with NO STANDBY ICONS. Sound was perfect. After Opening the slider, it displayed the standby screen.
All the while, again I slided it on hearing a call, I could not see who was the caller coz, it went blank with white screen again, but was ringing. Slided : The Colours got inverted, Pink to Green. Again Re-slided The Screen Flipped Text and Display automatically as if it had some accelerometer.
Next day, it flipped horizontally. Vexed on the workmanship of this slider phone, I exchanged with Sangeetha Mobiles for a Samsung C3312. The Sangeetha is one such place, where you won't get your money back even while the equipment is malfunctioning.
I had to purchase Samsung C3312 Duos for 4500 in lieu of this piece.

I purchased this mobile yesterday for my mom & i am really satisfied with this. It had great touch response(in comparison to resistive touch not capacitive) & ergonomically sized keyboard. It had a great loudspeaker,too many shortcuts to add. There is no brand who is offering capacitive touch in 4000INR. So you will get a resistive touch in this price bracket. So don't criticize the mobile for your fixed price bracket. Its a feature phone not a smartphone. So if you want every feature of the smartphone but don't wanna increase your budget then go & find a suitable chinese or a low quality branded phone because only that suits the person who is always criticize something & never be happy. Try to update its firmware. I think that solves lot of your problems but don't misguide a person with your negative reviews who wanna buy this phone...
