RESOVLING SOME PROBLEMS WITH C2-03
I have read most of the responses on this article and I will try to resolve overall problems. I have bought this phone 5 days ago. Found a dead pixel, replaced it and the replaced phone had another dead pixel but I don't really mind in the condition that no more dead pixels appears.
1)Touch screen is not sensitive or is hanging
The Touch screen is not sensitive because you will have to set calibration to it. Go to:
Settings >Device Settings> Touch settings > Calibration
I suggest you do this with a pencil and touch the circles very carefully. This will allow the touch to be more accurate and sensitive. You have to remember that the touch is a resistive not a capacitive like the iPhone.
2) Internet is slow
This is usually caused by your network service provider. Not the phone.
3)Headset sound is soft
You will have to plug the head set into the socket until you hear a click or when the metal bit of the headset is completely in. This way you can hear the sound of the headset more clearly.
4)Cannot copy or move songs/files
You can copy or move files by touching on the desired file for 3-4 seconds until this page/caption pops up. Press move to move file. Scroll down to until you see the word "copy" to copy file.
Mostly peoples downside on this mobile is in regards to the touch screen which can be fixed by setting/fixing the calibration. If the calibration does not work and still hangs (more than 5 secs) I suggest you contact Nokia about this issue.

sad phone ...
touch got damaged within a week...
got the thing repaired only after a month ..i hope it will live atleast through an year .
they din even exchange the set when i went to repair within a week of purchase
