Is it dual sim Active. I mean if I am talking in SIM1 then any one calling to SIM2 will I get a miss call/ call waiting for SIM2 ?

surely it is not dual standby, when i get call in sim1, sim2 automatically goes not reachable,

I have two models in mind, nokia c2-03 and samsung metro duos 3752
suggest me which is best
users of both the phones plz respond to the query, i read that there is prblm with the touch screen in nokia c2-03, is it true..?
