It is a phone with multiple problems.
1. contacts were auto lost within a month.
2. poor response time.
3. touch sensor problem started within 6 months.
4. very poor internet connectivity.

I bought a C2-03 nokia phone about one year ago. My disappointment is that one month after use I took it back to the shop because
(i) it was not retrieving the contacts as expected eg I could add a contact and fail to retrieve it later from the memory.
(ii) some contacts were getting erased without my wish.
It was repaired but less than an 10 months later, the same phone is not responding to touch and when it does it displays what one does not need. eg I touch the icon for name and it displays the messages dialogue. Some icons are not responding at all and some contacts are again missing-meaning they have been erased??
I find this very frustrating. Is this the case with this type of phone? Are other users experiencing this?. I have all the receipts and the warrant is still in force but do I have to keep taking it back for repair?
My wife bought a different type of phone the same day and has had no complaint.
Which is the best way forward??

I thought I was the only one who never had any problem in this phone and I absolutely agree from what you said buddy. Im also using this phone for about a year and I never encountered any single problem on this phone, everything is smooth, touch is great, apps are all working fine, memory is not a problem if you have a bigger memory card capacity and everything in this phone are really great. I dont know why people here always complaining everything in this phone they just trolling and messing this beautiful page oh and I forgot they're all fandroids and apple fanboys haha no doubt or I must say they dont know how to operate and to use this great phone haha pity on them. Nokia C2-03 is a great phone indeed!! A must have phone

My nokia C2-03 has completed 1 year without any problem.my phone is fully loaded with amazing games like angry birds,Asphalt3 3D,metal slug4,spiderman,ultimate cricket & many more app like touch sms writer,dj mixer,candle,news hunt,oxford english dictionary,BLUETOOTH file transfer(the ultimate app.)and many more useful app. So donot say it is a bad mobile.just download this app. & see.
