Frnd i used this phone. Working and battery life is good but it cannot support whatsapp and wifi.phone browser is good but stil it is not working

Guys help me.....i am using this cell phone from july2011 its really a good device as a dual sim but some days ago i drop it accidently and my phone speak(ear) not working its work only on loudspeak sombudy tell me how to fix this or what is the charge to replace new(india).thankyou

I have used this phone from July 2012 till December 2013, and it is still working , but i am not using it anymore i have given it to my younger sis. I purchased this phone since its very much good looking , its touch and type feature and many more. for the first few months it worked awesome. Then suddenly one day the internet app stopped working , it was my luck that the phone was in warranty , so i fixed it for free from Nokia care. then its touch is not so familiar with nowadays phone , the touch was very messy. However it had a classic look , it has god camera , but cannot play mp 4 videos. and after using this phone for a year it start giving sound issue , it had happened sometimes that someone had called but I cannot listen the ringtone, or play a music file you will not get the sound , but this issue was intermittent. This issue gets fixed mostly by power drain. And its battery quality is very good. and the good thing is that its still working with sound and internet app issue.
