Can any one tell me if they are experiencing a problem when their nokia c2-05 loese network coverage,this one freezes and has to be switched off and powered up again to alow it to look for net work again , is this an unlucky phone or a common problem?

I can't play videos on my Nokia C2-05, every time it shows "Video not supported" although in the specifications it is mentioned that the phone has a MP4 Player:( Can anyone help me plzzz?????

I have bought Nokia C2-05 today. Returning home I activated internet and updated the software. Then I built up my playlist and what a pity speakers for a nokia mobile. I felt as if the speakers had been bambuzzled by some african drumbeater. I tried several genres of music but mind you what it is not worth trying. I will exchange it tomorrow with C2-03 with some extra money than its price.
