I have this phone.In my opinion phone is good.It has 3g,wifi,5MP camera,internet is good etc.but,what disappointed me is that this phone is not symbian,touch not responds sometime,especially while unlocking,battery backup is not upto the class.So I will not suggest to purchase this phone.better go for Nokia C5-5MP which will save your money.

guys this is my advice plz do not buy this rubbish phone..i buyed this phone when it was newly launched since then i m regretting the buy..the worst phone i ever had..this phone has the worst touch..i changed its screen 2 times..then also its so embarassing..n many other problems..dont waste ur money on this phone..this is the first time i m posting my review abt any product bcoz i personally dont like to waste my time in such things..bt i really want to save money of ppl who r thinking to buy this phone. bcoz i have suffered a lot..dont buy this

I like C3-1, and am using it.
I am now facing the problem to unlock it, it has happened since I changed the unlock system from 'type to touch'. Several times in even a day the touch (right arrow) does not respond. By this I am too much annoyed, now what best solution I can have? Can I return to the 'type' system to unlock. Your response to this matter is highly appreciated.

zonake, 07 Nov 2012How can I delete all dialed numbers? I dont have option for... moreto delete dialed calls number, touch the number for two seconds, menu to delete and save comes up. then select delete.

for now, i c3-01 nokia has not been given me any problem. it is one of the best phone so far.

I have this phone for 1.5 years. It's a good phone: the touch screen, the keys, the wi-fi, the speaker - all works well.
I have another phone like this for 1 year. It's screen and keys sometime (randomally) work slowly.
To summarize - good phone for calls, wifi, mp3 and radio use.

it is worst about the touch screen..i have already chagend it screen..still not working properly..without touch u can not operatew the phone even if it is supported by key..hwence the worst of nokia..

Undoubtably d worst touch fon i ever used. Dis was my first touch celfon nd eventualy it provd 2 b d worst ever made by d company. It has got problm wid d touch. My frnz too hv faced d same problm. So i sugest whoever planing 2 buy dis fon, think twice if u giv value 2 ur money. Coz im realy disapointd wid d fon vch z a product of a gr8 company.. Sory 4 my harsh coments. Bt as a customer, me nd my frnz r realy disapointd. So a risky buy i would sugest.

I bought a Nokia C3-01 handset from Univercell store in Bilekahalli, Bangalore in 2011, I have the bill with me. Initially the handset was fine, but after 8 months or so it start complaining a lot with the touch feature. The phone do not respond at all to any touch. So when it gets locked, its gone, you can't even answer the call also. Its really really terrible and disgusting.
Later I called customer care, they asked me to go to a service center in Jayanagar(Care point, #199f, 27th Cross, 7th B Main, 3rd Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore
080 4130 7445), but the staff in the center told me that there is no stock for the touch device parts of the phone, they told me to go somewhere else. After searching for some service centers through the internet, I went to another service center in Banashankari, Bangalore(SV Mobile, 24, G M Plaza, 100Feet Ring Road, 3rd Phase, Near-Ring Road, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bangalore, Karnataka 560085). Thank god they took my hanset for service and they told me that it will take one week time to service(I am very much okay, else my Rs 8500 handset would have been wasted!!).
One week later, I went to collect the handset and fortunately I also renewed the warranty. But soon the problem re occur within a few days time, so again the whole circus start..going to this service center, get it repaired. Second time, the most funny part is that the very next day the problem happen again. This is really mental pain of one Nokia customer, had I listen to my friend who suggest to go for Samsung, I would have never face this headache!!!
Fed up of the service at this service center, I thought of going to the one in Jayanagar, but to my surprise they told me to come after 45 days as the stock is not available(they told the same when I went for the first time), still I am okay - I can wait 45 days also just to make the handset right. So exactly after 45 days, I went to the center again, but rude shock I got the same reply again!!! WTF, now whos is there to answer me.. No doubt Nokia is losing its customers.
So I am planning to go to Consumer forum and start campaigning in the internet over the attitude, denial of service, quality of the handset so that other people do not get cheated by Nokia and its service centers
