purchase date: 29/06/2011 @ nokia priority partner, spencer plazza.
my device has problem,,"simcard rejected", sometimes"simcard registration failed" about 2 months
i reported to nokia care (bhandari's) @ ambattur, chennai-53
job sheet no: 120514/25
to ur knowledge i hav reported on 14th may'12, that my sim card is geting rejected, that is the only problem i had, they told somehow water clogged, dats d fault, after testing it for an hour. they asked 3-15 days.
after 3 days: ppl told that usb s not working, and it wil take abt a week.
after 10 days: they told that camera s not working,,to your knowledge, till 14th may'12 my camera was in good condition.
they also added that my device had been forwarded to factory, and informed factory have asked 7-8 days,
after 17 days: i sent a mail regarding no response, on the same day some person called that my device s rectified, and i can collect next day
18th day: after college i reached the place by 4, it was closed, but care was working till 7pm
19th day(01/06/2012): i recived my device, they lost my battery wen claimed, they gave me some new battery. and billed Rs. 900, requested to charge in switchoff for 8 hours, today morning i put my airtel sim, and got "simcard registration failed" within 10 minutes.
i replaced aircel sim for check, got same problem in 5 minutes.
to your knowlegde: i have my passport verification, nd i am now waiting for my hr call any time for my joining date next month.
at this situation, how desperate
even i have cited same complaints in yahoo answers in brand new phone.. and hence water clog is lame thing..
kindly forward it to corresponding officials, and take proper actions.. nokia cant leave a customer ailing like this..
i need the proper action from nokia ,,providing me clearance for my phone,, by rectification or replacement,,
or i shall meet you in the consumer court
still i have my one year warranty till 29/06 2012!!
i need to take action with in no time,, its urgency..

i hv hd a bad experience wd this phne...d camera stopped wrking within 3months nd the nokia store is not even ready to repair it....evn d touch setting are troublesome!!!

It is one of the worst phone which I have ever used...from the second day of buying its touch screen got hanged...if once this phone hanged,than again to restart it, you have to remove its battery..I am using this phone since last 2 month..now its touch screen has become completely disaster...Daily 4-5 times it become hanged.....again to start it I have to remove its battery.....I am really become sick of it...I hate this phone..and I ll advise not to bye this phone...

i have been using this for 2 weeks solid now and i havent had any of the problems. it never has heated up and when im making calls or texting the battery has lasted for 12 days on a single charge.

i've been using this phone for about a year now and its pants even after the update to the slide open. the phone constantly crashes, the alarm messes about and the calendar works sometimes. I'd rather go for the Samsung E2120. that phone rocks. literally

While upgrading ovi store it is replace into collection from main menu, is it possible to bring again to main menu ? Please suggest me.

1. Its just phone like heater.. Whenever i use it for calls, internet, music player...always gets heated. Thats heat radiation will harm your brain or heart when you use it.
2. Battery: when we use internet or calling purpose...always need to charge aft 1.30 hrs.
3. No marking option in messaging.
4. No special outbox folder in messaging
5. Poor touch experience.
6. Camera is very poor.
SERIOUSLY WASTAGE OF MONEY. INSTEAD OF THIS GO FOR ANDROID MOBILES

@Jussi, whenever you are moving any item, just long-press the memory card and it will bring out "Open" option, then you can select that to open the memory card and select your folder of interest. Note that this technique also holds if you want to open any folder.

Tonii00, 14 May 2012if i move the item like one music and put it on the memory ... moreWhen moving an item to memory card folder,all u need do is to long press on the memory card a sub-option will be displace and u wil chose open drive from the options, u then move d item to d folder u want it to be. Did i answer ur question friend?

touch prblm. Bettry prblm 8hrs. weak Signel prblm. Bad operating system software. Low sound. Flash light not working in video. Restart many times. I jst replace this phone. Missing its camera.
