i m having problem to connect with wifi in my nokia c3-01 mobile, it always says there is no link,but i m using in my laptop

design base its a good design but coming to its touch facility its very bad&my money lost.touch base its a bad phone from nokia

I am using Nokia C3-01 since September. In between this period I got tortured due to following;
1. After purchasing of about a week, there was problem in incoming calls especially from land line and from weeks or so effort , i got informed that there is problem of software ? What a fun ? What would be the cost of my problem ? What is the benefit of expending NRs 16000 ? if it even not function as of Rs 600 mobile
2. The touch pad do not works and first it does not opens and if opens than the menu, Names do not opens. After getting tired , I contacted with Nokia repair and they repllied me that it is coming from India and probably would come friday. In between two wekk i am in serious trouble and weighting the friday ? My question is that, being purchased NOKIA C3-01, i got troubled and lost my valueabel time and office leaves.
Who should bear ?
So, Please before launching such inferior goods work hard and do not get bored to the customer like us simple !
Please do not go for profit alone !

Mandla, 23 Jan 2012I loved the phone from the 1st sight, I still love the func... moreit's not your phone it's your operator is misbehaving, they pokes your phone so that you'll buy another phone and make Nokia phone look bad on your perspectived.

situ, 02 Dec 2011i think 2 buy this phone but after reading d above comments... morei have NOkia c3 but it has touch problem some times it works and some times it didnot so mu suggestion is not to buy this cell.
