I have just bought this hand set 2 weeks ago when I tried to connect to internet it does not open and keeps on telling me "service unavailable". Anyone to help me out of this problem

Absolute rubbish. Like other users have found that the touch screen locks up after about 2 months and you just cannot use it. Am now on my third one as Orange refuse to change the model but in two months I will be asking them for another one. Keep complaining to your provider and hopefully they will eventually get the message. Battery life also poor. Shame as I am (was) a great Nokia fan.

lol. in my country some providers throw this phone with 30 E if u make 2 years contract. i wondered why coz phones with touch used to have a higher price. now, when i read the comments i figured it out coz they want to get rid of it. btw im using C3 and its the perfect phone for me no touch but its organized and easy to use, youtube works great on it. and i can write easily whith the qwerty keybord...like it.. and nokia is a great provider, probably they made a mistake whith this one.

Other than the looks everything else is worst!!! Touch screen stops working after 3 months of the purchase. Message settings and Call Log settings are out of world, god knows how to delete or search... I ve been using only 5 NOKIA models so far, this is the worst...

What a bad phone ya.........the phone has not even completed a year and it gets damaged....n also the parts of this phone are not available in Nokia care....this phone is worst than a chinese phone...3rd class phone

Does anyone know how to get the touch screen to respond to your touch. It used to be a really good phone but now a few months after buying it, I will touch the screen to access other parts of the phone and it does not respond.

Very happy with this phone. Compact size plus easy to type with the physical keypad. Find the combination of touch screen and keypad very useful. Internet is fast and fine and enough for me using the included Opera mini. Easy flashlight +++. Comfortable phone all around. It may not rival the iPhone, but I didn't want a phone that is so big, and I didn't want a phone at such a high price either. CR-01 does it for me!

anyoneout there never go through orange over the phone because you will never get it i have been promised for 2 days.Correct address but driver can't read went to the same wrong address twice even tthough my address is on it.Just be aware.I cancelleed thrry can keep it.
