nokia c3-01 has a factory problem..while makin a call u cant work with the soft touch coz it doesn't respnd, same goes wit recievin a call too

OKAY FOLKS *** heres my personal experience regarding this handset. Working in a busy store - this phone has seemed to attract the interest in those who are looking to 'ever so slowely' move to touch OR those who want a big camer without spending 400 plus on a smart phone..
The phone is retailing in ireland at around 130e so is resonable. Alluminium casing makes it look sleek n attractive. BIG BUTTONS huge plus to many customers.. Basic nokia menu still so transition is delicate.
(FAULTS)
have seen one of these return with freezing on the main screen when it was locked.. Have sold approx 10 in the last 3 weeks EXCLUDING what my collegues have sold so this isnt a bad return .

Good and sleek phone,after using for 2 months faced problems with the touch screen, not responding to the the exact commond. Most of the time on urgent requirement touch screen not working. Given to the agent for repaire, again the the same problem. Not at all good to use.

It's a good cell.. but it has an automatically restart..plus, I can't use more of applications on it..

how come it does not support a video call for the fact that it is a 3g?why?why?why?please help............
