Very slippery n often falls.. Touch freezes... But provide alternate body protective cover available

Nice phone but cant download pdf files, it restarts by itself very often and the touch is a major major problem; you can't remove the auto-lock, every 10sec. You have to swipe to unlock and have changed my screen touch on four different occasions within 1yr.. Due to dis, I hv developed hatred 4 all touch phones.

Very nice and super fast, i suggest d launch of an improve model of dis mobile wif windows 8 and a 4/3 inch screen

I have been very happy with this phone until last week, after abut 2 years of ownership, the touchscreen will not respond to touch. I've tried taking the battery out for several hours and re-inserting it, then I get the same lack of respons after a few minutes.
Any ideas folks ?

Siba, 22 Jul 2013A great phn..I jst luv dis phn..I hv dis mobile since 2 &am... moreWell, you have to admit that the camera is a big failure on this one. Its actually quite dishonest to try to impress buyers with "5mpix camera" in the specs and then it does worse than 2mpix phones did 6 years ago.

Phone is 11 months old and the screen needs calibrating.
Took phone back to Orange (now EE) shop requesting a replacement. Informed that's not their policy but I could have it repaired.
Came home rang customer service and hey1 new phone being delivered to my home the following day!
Lesson : Complain to a supervisor and don't accept a repair.
