have the phone about 1 year
lots of problems was also returned to factory.. updated software.. still lots of problems , slow , problems downloading pics to computer.. have my external harddisk crashed due to uploading pics via ovisuite !! i will never by Nokia again ( this is my 3 nokia phone but the worst )
