First Switch Off your mobile then press green key and switch on the phone then immediately press call key lock key and the music volume key(in the middle) And Hold Both 3 Keys Congrats Your mobile has been formatted

it is ok phone but no good ,no thing special about it ,very slow instead of ram,if any one is insterest to buy first check it then only go for it ,i m not happy with it

I am using nokia c5 03 about 3 months.its a good phone in 9000 range.its vedio is good quality.better battery life,sound.but only few pblm i felt is while veiwing high quality mp4 its got stuck,cannot support some softwares .otherwise its a good phone
