Go to settings,then connectivity, select wireless LAN then go to options, choose settings and you will find show WLAN availability, Click never. That should do.

when i select the home screen theme-contacts bar then in home screen there are showing e-mail noticification & WLAN scanning off these two options.
i removed e-mail noticification from home screen but how we can remove WLAN scanning off this options from home screen...plz reply

I bought this phone just 20 days back.just after one it started giving d problems like hanging ,screen went off ,ubruftly.now i sent it for service. not yet received back.good phone but i think softwares are problematic.!!!!!

Chimz, 09 Jun 2011Would the C5-03 be an good purchase? I've read a lot of bad... moreit depends on what you are searching for in a phone. This is actually the cheapest S60 phones. The reason why there are so many bad reviews is that it just lacks common features that are useful but can live without.

go to settings then homescreen then untick in the wlan box
