Hi,
I got this phone 10 days back. Its Korea made. Phone working fine except the below mention issue.

E52 sometimes restarts on video playback. It happens frequently when the video starts or ends.
Tried Hard reset
Soft reset
and Restored the latest firmware update.
i saw the same issue posts in nokia discussion blog.

hello! do have any experience about lossing the audio functionality of your E52 phone? I've noticed that I had lost the audio voice capability of my phone. Though the loudspeaker and the headset works but when I tried the normal audio voice, I could not hear the voice of the other party. I did the hard reset but still the problem persist... Is this a hardware problem? pls advise me on this issue! Thank you in advance!

there... moreyeah i know that there is no mobile cell wit no drawback but still dont want to loose so much money on such a phone will might give me lot of probs
At present im using nokia 5700 xpress music my cell never gave me any probs since i dont get the panel of nokia 5700 its very difficult to get the panel i tried a lot so...im thinking of buying a new one.

there... morethis problem arises when you saved one number in two (or more) different name.
therefore check it
I had same problem on Nokia 5630 and E52

really complete cell.im using it like daily 3 to 4 hour of music,daily 2 hours of calls,daily using internetand camera or other application.my battery stand 7 to 8 days with out charging.i hate battery hunger cell phones.all great features it have.im using latest firmware and beleave me i dnt face any problem im using it 7/3/2010.its rocks i like my nokia e52 truly nice.

On the phone Nokia E 52 I find one thing annoying. For example, when someone calls me from his house number-phone, and I have this person memorized in my phone, while my phone is ringing I can see the name of that person and there is a little picture of house phone next to the name and that is perfectly all right. But, if I don’t answer the call and start checking in missed calls, there I can see that certain person called me, but there is also a picture of a mobile phone, as if that person called me from his mobile phone, and if I wish to see whether someone called me from his mobile or house phone I must go to certain option in 5 steps in order to check this. I find it impossible that this type of phone doesn’t have this option in call list, so that I can from here see whether someone called me from his mobile or house phone. The same thing appears when I call someone, all outgoing calls are shown as calls towards mobile phones. Even phones from 5 years ago had this option “use number”, and one could see whether someone called from his mobile or house phone. Can you please tell me is there an option for this or not? Thank you..

N lost of ull are really enjoying using the nokia E52...
now my question is this is cell worth it or no...I was planning to buy this cell today it self....but reading all these comments im in doubts now

Overall E52 is a good phone, except for some drawbacks i.e. the sound quality and the auto rebooting

finally went for S60 based Nokia E52 after using S40 based 6500 slide for 2 yrs. (and happy with it)... satisfied till now... phone can multitask fast... hangs sometime for 10 seconds maximum... handset looks awesome; metal accents on the handset's body are a nice thing too see, even being a business phone... steel back cover is perfectly immune to fingerprints... sound quality is strictly ok... buttons are fantastic... screen is excellent even in bright sunlight... Office document editor (with free MS Office 2007 update) is exciting... Built-in GPS is receiver is good... Great battery life - i have not charged it for 5 days... really disappointing camera features and performance (it's a business phone!!!)... i agree with the rest of the review.
