I totally disagree that E52 is made in finland, Mine is korea, checked from dubai india egypt non of them have Finnish. Either it is Korea or China mainland.
It is pitty that Finnish made have become novelty, and thats why highend phones as E72 N97 N900 are Chinese assembled or totally made.

nokia india website shows nokia e52 as in "upcoming models"..how far is it true ? Wat would be the price ?

Anonymous, 26 Mar 2010That's incorrect, accelerometer is also used for turn-to-mu... moreincorrect also...accelerometrer to auto rotate ur screen from potrait to lanscaspe mode...proximity sensor for turn ur phone mute ,,,thats all.

I recently took my E52 handset back to the point of purchase because it was freezing a lot.
It took 3 inconveniencing weeks to hv it back and when it did become available, the advanced call manager tht comes with the phone was gone.
Is it right for them to do this even if it means creating more memory space?
if i wanted the call software again would I have to buy it?

this is for the ppl who have this phone for the first time, .... yes u can instal skype on the phone works great to me, u can instal fring to if u whant to have video cals over wi fi u can instal skyfire browser if u whant to see live tv ,and watch video clips on web pages, u can instal opera browser too which i love very much its the best of all but cant play videos (its only bad thing for him),u can instal google maps, u can instal youtube aplication whitch is great it plays video on youtube even on networks whit low internet.. flashlight also dix player also good aplication symtorrent also if u whant to download torents(put biger mem card), there is also download acelerator too, foreca mobi - this is aplication for weather, snaptu is also great, ... i whana hear from others some good aplication that works great on e52

It... morewhat do u want to know? e52 system same like comp system .it had ram , processor, rom...and it also have operation system..u must always check n check ur phone everytime to make sure ur e52 work with optimum...i also edit word, excel n power point at my e52, coz it have free microsoft office licence...e52 have faster gps if compare other brand smartphone..thats all..

Hi guys.. i read your opinion regarding with this phone. It seems like you did a lot for your phone. My e52 phone is only for call, text, music and camera. I really dont know how to do everything. Please help. I need to know all. It seems like its hard to understand. Pls. help. Thank you.

anonymous, 25 Mar 2010just want to ask anyone if e52-1,made in finland,color gold... moregold color available at original set only...at my country three different colour also have different price...gold color very expensive..black color is cheap
gold color= rm1000
silver color= rm850
black color = rm 759
i used silver one...gold color like fake..thats my opinion.
