i bought one last week but when i got home, i noticed the entire right side keys weren't sturdy at all. they felt flimsy. i also go for the general feel of the keys so i returned it the next day, unfortunately, they didn't have any stocks so i had to wait a couple days more. when i got the replacement, it still had the same problem. flimsy keys. i went through all their units and they all had the same problem. it was so frustrating to come back and forth. so finally i decided to return it in exchange for an e71 which i had to add some more cash coz it's more expensive that e52. i think the philippines or that particular store got the worst batch of nokia e52s plus the front cover was a bit shaky too. it felt like it wasn't intact at all. i felt sad coz everything internal about was perfect it's just that i didn't feel good about having an externally challenged mobile device.

i ahev the e52
its SUCH a good phone - but soo sooo many lil minor thigns which are annoying
it DOES freeze in between, and can be fast at sometimes - but hten will freeze
SOOOO ANNOYING!

My Garmin Mobile XT Version 5.00.50s doesn't work well. After 2- 3 instructions it goes off,screen goes blank,pressing end key shows standby screen,retriving garmin makes the screen opaque and freez,sometimes after the screen goes blank and the voice continues and dies again.Please help.Why and what should i do. Thank you.

e52 is greatest phone in the world, i had mine 7 days, i can't believe how good it is.
i hope he don;t chrash(a had 3 e51s, cause 2 new ones died, but third worked like a charm), just best phone, screen, options, gps(i put garmin xt), music player is rubbish, but try power mpr player, it is amazing, has playlist by folder, i love my e52

I think this E series is one of the worse. The messaging is too slow. I love E66.

I just bought this phone and the satellite view of nokia maps 3.0 doesn't work. I have updated the software using nokia maps udpater and map loader 3.0 and still doesn't show satellite view!! Can anybody help me??

I can't seem to get the "Talking Dictionary" in the Apps folder to work. I click on it to open, but nothing happens. I recently bought the phone from Macau, China. Help?

How come if e52 and e55 are the same does e52 have 40hrs music playback and e55 only 18hrs ?
