a very great phone!it met my expectations a lot!nice and very fast internet connection and able to install lots of apps..you wouldn't regret this phone!

Does anybody know where to complaint firmware bug to be fixed with the next release?
I have a problem with SMS delivery report.
When a phone number is saved with country code e.g: +919731453122, I do not get delivery report. But when the number is saved as 0973145312, then I get a delivery reports on the new messages, but no delivery report if I did a reply to SMSes.
Anyone else has the same problem???
PS: It was no problem with my previous phone, using the same sim card.

I am just asking this to confirm about skype. Isn't free to call through skype to every normal phone without skype and not just skype to skype?
