i have sonyericsson p990i and i am planing to change phone.actualy i am planing to by nokia e65.is this better pnohe than p990i.please helpe me

I'm gonne start my comment like this: 1.Before using the phone read the instructions manual and readit carefully(don't be lazy). 2.If something missing from the phone you can download from the internet(ex:small fonts magnifier,voip software,antivirus etc.) 3.To increase battery life performance fully charge and discharge the phone 2 a month. 5.E65 it a very good phone 9.5/10

this is totally a buisness class phone n i think now nokia people must introduce sum nice n sexy phone which should have features like 6270 n body like 6300 especially 4 youngsters.....right guys???

Hello users of nokia e65. i've just recieved my e65 today as an upgrade which was completely free and i was looking forward for this handset. however after rreading few reviews of it on the net i decided to get it. A big major problem when i open the box. the screen does not show anything at all jusy faded away bluish screen and nothing more. i was very disapointed. i will return it and and demand for a replacement. a faulty screen or a damaged display i suppose but i wonder if anybody faced such nightmare?

It's really nice... It has everything i wanted, wi-fi, 3G, etc. The design's simple and beautiful.
Just 1 thing, the USB is a Pop-port. Grrr, if only it is a mini-USB, then it'll be my perfect phone.

Hello,
I received the phone yesterday very nice phone.
I have a small problem I received a SMS from my operator to configure the cell phone, when I try to open this SMS I have to enter a PIN code "PIN code for param configuration". I tried my PIN ... not ok, I tried the default PIN "1234" ... not ok. Do you have an idea when I can find this PIN ?

I've had the E65 for a while. If you're looking for spec upgrades, this phone doesn't have many. It's main attraction is it's design.
I absolutely love the design. The keypad is awesome to type on and i've had no problems with the slider as well.
All in all i'm really satisfied with this phone. As a guy, personally all i'm looking for is a phone with decent functions and an awesome design. Nokia has put it together in this phone here.
Give it 8/10 overall rating!

Skype works, but you need to the X-series addon to use it.
I'm not sure if it works when using wi-fi tho

Great phone. So far no problem. Able to surf internet via Wi-Fi. Sleek and nice to grip.
But Cannot watch "YouTube" videos though it had Acrobat Reader and Flash.
Ask Nokia about it, they said it is a 3rd party application, thus they not help me.
Anyone out there is good at this? I need help in this. It would be a great Hp if able to watch "YouTube". Many thanks :-)

Superb phone. Needs restarting a bit but everything else ok.
battery life not great but heard to switch to GSM mode in network settings rather than Dual mode. will see how i get on now.

I am still thinking of getting it, but i went through all the comments, and it seems that it's a 50/50 choice, well at least as long as you have a guarantee, they will rather update the software or replace the phone. Anyway to all that responded to questions and personal expierences, thanx, the choice still lies with me.... Great day from South Africa

Skype is installed on here as it's an X-Series phone, but I can't get it to log in for me.
It initialises though, so it should work okay. Think I just forgot my password, lol.

i recently bought this phone and have been experiencing problems with my wap connection. i set my browser time to max but its still giving problems. the wap session just ends. sometimes it takes only 2 seconds but sometimes it takes u to 10 minutes. can anyone help me?

is skype really working on that phone ? if yes I buy it
