This is one of the best phone i had. I use every single nokia when it comes out. the thing i like about this e65 is, its fast faster then previous model to switch apps. sound quality is good as well internet call quality. etra buttons make it easy for conf. and mute. i also had chance to play with e90 but i prefer E65 smal slick and sexy all in one device.

Had mine for S$670 when I was in Singapore. Good phone for biz use. So what, if does not have a radio, a front camera, and a flash. It is intended for people who are on the go and has a lot of options for communication and file transfer. It has office applications. I brought mine with a separate 1GB memory card. I like it!

the phone is ok but it still needs a raido which is important any phone that i have.

@jog - Yes, wi-fi I'd say. Also that it supports the s60 Symbian 9.1 OS, which gives it a lot more expansion for mobile apps in my opinion. Could pair it up with a GPS application and use it as a great driving tool, for instance. The w850 does seem nice, but these two factors would tide me over towards the e65.
At 16M colours I'm guessing the screen should be better (cf. the w850 at 256K)... memory is always expandable, but I guess those looking to use a mobile/walkman would definately pine more for the w850. Cheers to both!

The only thing that kept me from buying this phone on ebay is the design....Its just not hot to me for some reason. It looks like slide-up remote-control. The features ROCK though. I've decided to get the Maxx V6 instead & wait for the Rizr Z8 release.

The 16M colors not much different from 262K..
The 2 mega camera of this E65 really bad.. I view it on my PC, noises all over..
3G phone without a front cam is ridiculous..
If you can wait, N95 way much better and don't waste your money buying this phone...

i dont care if this phone has symbian and 16m screen. w850 looks better and nokia sucks!

Jog: I am not sure how on earth you can say such strange things.. Screen better? In what way? Unless 256k colors is more than 16M you are totally out of sych with reality.. Share memory? 16MB vs 50MB.. No edge/wlan vs edge/wlan...
Besides - this particular SE you talk about looks... strange to say at least. Please, compare two phones objectively.. if you still can't find e65 better than SE w850 than you are either blind or you are a SE fanatic (all nokias are bad. No matter what.)

You must depend on whether are you using for business or entertainment.
-N73 had 2 speaker while E65 had only 1 by the side.
-N73 had a clearer speaker of cos.
-N73 had stereo FM while E65 doesn't.
-Since you said you dont mind the camera so i shan't emphasis on the 3.15MP Carl Zeiss optics camera of N73 vs the 2MP low quality of E65.
-If you're going for business class take E65.
-3G & class 32 Edge technology allows you to access to ther data you wants faster.
-Wifi 802.11B/G is another benefit of E65. this allow you to access to your mails quickly.
N73 and E65 had 42mb and 50mb phone memory respectively. 8mb doesnt really matter alot as both had expandable memory(N73 miniSD n E65 microSD). they had the same screen size. except the colours of cos.

w850 16MB internal ; E65 50mb internal
and you're saying w850 is better?
Just the stable symbian OS is enough to push w850 all the way down.

Well the E65 has a better screen (in terms of no, of colours) nad is a symabian device, i would never compare E65 and W850

Hi there Jog,
You can't compare this phone with W850i,this is a different technology,have you ever used a Symbian phone?I guess not,so use a Symbian phone first then compare with non-symbian.Symbians are much more fexible,i mean you can add a lot of applications on it.So,no way the W850i is better then the E65

Not sure what so special about this phone? Wifi ? compare it to the w850 which has a better screen and more memory and much nice interface and more solid. IMO.

In Portugal is for sale at €409,90, great phone, the only problem is when you open it if you press to much on the cover it touches the keyboard...
