E65 features are good except for the camera. I love its wi-fi feature. if there would be flash on its camera that would be better.

Marie, 14 Nov 2008it is not a sim card problem. I sent it to Nokia care two ... moretry to update the firmware latest one i.e. 3.0633.69.00. i am sure it will solve this issue.

Had this phone for about a year now, everything is good and all but how does anyone know how to activate the Silent profile by pressing and holding the #key. i've pressed and held it for a bit but still doesn't work... anyone please help?

i have this phone for almoust a year...and i send it to service two time..i thing..:D..it's good phone...a smart one...but....there are many many much better then this one....the battery is verry lame...2 day almoust....no flash....no secand camera..verry bad 3G....signal...hmmm so and so.
sometime...if i play with him,if a listen music...i can't dial,i can't make a call....and i reaaly don't know why....

there is no above screen camera....it's just a light senzor....it;s 3G but the is no second camera.....

it is not a sim card problem. I sent it to Nokia care two times, they cannot fix the problem even if the operating system is updated. I sent it for repair, they place paper on top of my sim card but still the same problem. The problem will come out once you I the cphone, "Offline mode, Sim Card Registration Failed and Insert Sim Card"

THE SIM PROBLEM IS BECAUSE it does not make stiff enough contact with the metal connectors, I made 2 pieces of paper the shape of the SIM, and put them on top of the SIM, and now the SIM is thick enough to make full contact.

Hi people!
I have this phone since the beginning of this year and I'm quite happy with it, but during the last weeks I had a problem with sending messages. The phone takes a while to send a text message, thy sending symbol remains for while in the upper right corner and sometimes it indicates that teh message can't be send or the delivery report arrives late. People told me that they receive my messages multiple so did anybody have this problem and what can I do about it? Software update?

Had the phone for 6 months, now its time to upgrade and im kinda sad to leave it. Most of the problems iv read on here are solved by getting the newest firmware (3.0633.69.00) The phone comes with a cd that contains Nokia Software Update so i dont understand why you guys dont use it. New firmware also speeds the phone up a great deal and stops all spontaneous reboots and application closes. A common problem though that also happened to me recently is that the numeric key lights stopped working. Probably a design problem from the start that they eventually burn out from. Wish i could get the follow-up E66 which should be an amazing phone but its too expensive :( (about 600 euros, keeping in mind that an n78 is about 560 euros and an n96 is about 1000 euros in my country)

december coming, will make it a year since i've had this phone. And apart from it being slow at times (when going through the menus and setting etc.), it works like a charm, never had any other problem with it. The camera could've been better though, but it's still good. and the speakers definitely could've been louder. it's not that soft, but compared to other phones i've heard, it could've been better.

Has been a great phone for 8 months, but no lights on keypad... seems to be common fault.
Screen has gone blank and cannot see anything! getting slightly annoyed by it all as having to sendit back to nokia to repair. if provider offer like for liek replacement will try to get a blackberry

Using this phone from last one week. Very Goods experience. One Major Problem.... Lights of key pad not working ??? How to get lights on of keypad.... Facing difficulty during night time... Very Hard to dail a number..... Only numeric key lights not working......... (Lights below the flap) Some body please help. I think there is some setting of light sensor.

To Soneka, my sim card has no problem. Because when i put my sim card on othr cphne, the sim card is workng. The problem is d cphne, there are 3 pers0ns here at Gsm Arena who has the same problem. To solve the problem, i have to take off d battery. It s irritating and inc0nvenient. Insert Sim card appear m0re than 5 times a day.
