Having purchased an E65 a year ago as a business phone in Australia I found the battery life when using 3g and activesync to be around 2-3 hours without making a single call. Futher to the dissapointment of purchasing a 3g business phone (for email and high speed internet access on the road), it was a rude awakening when visiting the Nokia care(less) centre. I was made to wait near to an hour to retrieve my phone each time, and the problem was never fixed. In fact only on the phone's 4th visit did they declare there was a problem, they then insisted the phone was out of warranty and not their problem any longer. Having waitied weeks for unreturned phone calls and the Nokia care centre nearly throwing my phone in the bin, I contacted Virgin Mobile, my carrier to discuss my disappointment, they immediatly picked up the issue by replacing the battery at their own expense and taking the matter up with Nokia directly - bravo! Bottom line is not because of their product, but because of their complete disregard for customer service I will never purchase another Nokia again, shame on you Nokia for pushing around the little guy. PS I will remain with Virgin Mobile for as long as they maitain this level of service. Thanks for reading.

how does the navigator work on this phone. i've been strugling with these ever since i got the phone 9 months ago.
one more thing, i was given a 3G card when buying this phone but it doesnt work, it's always offline.

I usually use to have only one cell phone for a long time. But this time I have found E65 is very nice and fullfild my all needs.as well as it's wonderfull design which make it a official any where & any time.

Hey, i've had a Nokia E65 on contract for 18 months and i'm currently on the seventh month. Although I personally find the phone very good, responsive and has a long battery life i've encountered many problems. When i first recieved it,when i slid the phone down it turned off. I therefore sent it back and recieved another. I turned this phone off and it never came back on. Third time lucky and the speakerphone failed so I could not make any phone calls. I have had to switch phone.

I really love this Nokia E65 when I bought it. It is very decent. The phone is very firm. Not fragile. the performance is very O.K. Camera, WLAN, Browser, and not bad.
I only need the help of anyone who has been using this phone for long. Please, (1) The phone restarts constantly, what can I do? (2) Next I tried to install recommended Themes for the phone but it also indicate error or expired license. Please, what can I do about these?

I've used this phone for about 8 months now. It has all the functions that I would usually want to use, bluetooth, wi-fi, decent camera, office tools etc. The problem that I have is that if you have the phone used often times during the day and you don't restart it for days together ,it does tend to become less responsive.
There is a significant slow-ness on the OS and until you do a restart then it works fine for a little while again.
This may be due the fact the phone doesn't always clear up the ROM and holds up some junk in it, but it is rather painful exercise to go through.
I have used Nokia phones before and this isn't common. If you do need basic features you're better off with one of the low grade phones. If you are looking for something cool, at the expense of speed - then sure go for this but I am personally on my way of dumping this on some thing more useful.

ashkar, 13 Aug 2008does anyone know of any issues with the size of the memory ... moreashkar.. if u put a memory than bigger than 1GB, ill make ur E65 run slower.
