Malik , 09 Dec 2024Mine can't even upgrade to 13. Goes off and on, etc.Mine upgraded to Android 14 but I can't charge it when it's off, when put in a charger it automatically power on. And since I updated it to Android 14 I can't record phone calls with default phone app and even third party apps failed!!

were you able to get it to work after the last update?i did manage to make it work better, by installing another launcher since something goes horribly wrong with QuickStep default launcher
quickstep is not removable though and you will need to periodically delete its data to fix lag issues
on top of that this phone GPS is completely useless, i've read its a problem with the antenna, no idea how to fix it

Absolute piece of garbage!!! I cant remember if there was even a day without it freezing for couple of minutes even after it wasn't being used for some time. Its possibly the slowest phone i ever owned even compared to models from 10 years ago or longer

Avoid this phone is garbage. Slow, bugs, glitches good pictures but sound and pictures record out of sync. The Nokia 5.4 was great but the G22 dreadful. Don't waste you money on this.

They sold mobile branch to microsoft, microsoft killed it off. Now Nokia licencing their brand to HMD, and that is a FINNISH company. The only chinese about it all is phones are made in china, so are iphones, motorola's, many samsungs, etc. etc. etc. etc.

With the current Nokia phones you get what you pay for. Nowadays a mobile phone is a commodity, so what do you expect?

It was bought by some Chinese company and they are just using Nokia's good name. They a couple of good phones but most are entry level quality. imo

After upgrade to Android 13 the Nokia G22 battery charging time is taking 10 hours. No more than 500 mA.
Only if you restart the phone while charging it's working or turn it off 📴😭.
Soft reset didn't help.
Maybe next upgrade will solve the issue.

Phone was very slow from the beginning... Bought IT Last year ans replaced IT today it had constant hangs and sudden reboots in the last too mounths

This phone is frustrating when you try to change internet/data SIM and to enable use of both SIMs for calls. It comes preset to call only on one SIM and you have to find your way around which is not easy to enable both SIM calling. I dont know why they just cant make things simple and straight forward

hello everybody! it makes an impression on me that when i started the camera the 'auto flash' option on the rear camera is missing. there is 'on' and 'off', but no 'auto'. is it a software bug?
