There are Raspbery pi with not that much of a hardweare that run full blown linux on them and faster that some windows pc, if you do not know and understand that, to learn before you speak it's advisable...

As for the person i answered too, he literally owns a phone for more then 5 years (given the age of the device) So yeah, x30 is a good replacemet that for sure won't end up as a hotspot or whatever... and will also last for longer.
After one year of usage is faster then it was when i bought it. You can't say that about to many phones...

MakeNokiaGreatAgain, 17 Sep 2023Yeah, Nokia G42 is selling like hot cakes, that is why it i... moreNo it was out of stock because it was just added. They do that with every phone here on their online store. Later, I noticed they would be selling it via Amazon exclusively. Not sure why.
And about hot cakes, they are tasty for sure, but, HMD phones don't sell like hot cakes here in India. When they came back in the market with Android in 2016 or 2017, they were quite popular with their number series phones (1-9) and they were actually good phones. 2020 onwards, their tryst with the Unisoc chips brought some terrible phones, which most people never bought. Those few who did, were left extremely sad, possibly because most of them still think it's the old Nokia.
Glad to see a SD chip again, but we'll have to see if they continue with this now. I hope they do. Quite honestly, in this market they don't present a great value for money. It's a good step with the G42, but there's more to be done and they HAVE TO bring a few good mid rangers.
And fix their customer service, because that's awful.

And I don't see the pink/red color anymore. Just grey and purple. I'd love to see what's next after G60, but have only been disappointed so far.
