...I hope Vodafone gave this phone to us since we still struggle finish off Window 7 Lumia series.
People simply don't want Window Phones.

my music library bigger than than 5gb...that phone s u c k s!....vga recording two ?? where is that phone from ?? 2000 ??cpu speed 800mhz...tell me good news that it can take more than one finger... lol

Nokia lumia 505 is a sexy smart phone,but the major problem is it has no memory slot,if Nokia is giving no memory slot in 505,atleast they should provide minimum 8GB of internal memory.Allover lumia 505 is a best phone in Price range,because of less internal memory people will be disappointed.I hope next time Nokia Will understand before manufacturing smart phones.

Well Nokia is a Company who is not able to see what type of Competition they are facing in this Market Place. They still release budget Phone without memory Slot and expect cutomers to buy them whereas other Phone Conmpanies are also introducing budget phones with memory slot and they are cheaper. You shift your marketing strategy to making more budget phones because you wanted the volume in sales. You cannot compete in the high end Phone segment it is OK, but please do a more proper job in the budget section. Nokia is still sleeping and living in the early 2000 years. What kind of crap phone is this Lumia 505 with built in memory of only 4GB without memory card slot. Come on, your existing pool of customers are learning fast and they will realize that you are taking them for a ride by selling phones with built in memory more expensive than those with memory slot. What a joke. Your competitors will one day take you on the Budget Phones business which I believe is still a big chunk of money there. YOU DESERVE TO GO DOWN THE LADDER. Good Luck

LOL 1st take a look at its price then talk about its specifications. it is a low end smartphone for people like me who don't want to spend lot of money but still want a smartphone. its price would be around 150$. So what can u expect from this budget phone? Its a very COOL entry by Nokia. thanks for the low budget WP7 :)

8 mp camera is good but 4 GB memory maybe not so good, ,
because this can result of constant uploading files to SkyDrive...
for just 5 MP can consume more than 1 MB
better if you have Unlimited data plan..

Dont expect to much,this is a low end phone,but even of lack of features,surely its not laggy,even not so fluid,it will run smoothly...not like other os,specialy DROID!!!!!

guys no need to complicate in this familly there is six version 505,510,610,710,800 and 900 if you think 505 is not for you go to another one.
505 and 510 have 256 ram and 4gb storage 610 same as but got more memory of 8gb.
if you want more ram and more storage for low price go to 710
