After 7.8 update Bluetooth is working well .. But I can't send & receive video files ..

You can update your LUMIA 510 to Windows Phone 7.8 by visiting to nearest Nokia Care Center or Using wifi .
Please note that, during update, all data will be formatted and phone will reset to factory settings.
So backup your music and images on PC using Zune and backup contacts using live/hotmail/outlook account.
New update brings:
New homescreen experience with more room for your Live Tiles. Now resizable.
Ability to set the Bing image of the day as the Lock Screen wallpaper.
Pocket and child Lock screen Security
20 new accent theme colors
Ability to set Google search as default search engine on IE.
Bluetooth File Transfer for all non copyright protected media files
Ringtone Maker application to create ringtone using media on device without requiring Zune
Updated Contacts Transfer application
Updates Contact Share application with ability to share contacts via Bluetooth

Just 256 MB RAM not recommended for this advanced age...must have atleast 512MB...
