What is the actual user available usb storage in this handset and can you download opera mini and viber applications? I'm not familiar with windows app.

The mobile is very good, stylish and bold, but the problems are:-
1. the alarm sound is too low.
2. need to cut the sim card into micro sim.
3. no sd card slot(worst).

My mom is using this phone....i have iPhone 4S nd d s2...its smoother than the s2 nd a level below the iPhone...seriously go for this mobile if U browse too much nd not much of apps and games..cause of its low RAM....games like angry birds are not supported....overall...i give it a 8/10...
Mark my words...you will never get a buttery soft phone like this in its class.....the OS is super smooth..

reset ur phone but i doubt that would help coz i had a problem with my phones capacitive buttons.. they skip vibrations at times...... n corrects automatically after few secs... i also reset my phone but problem still persists.......
by the way r u touching properly?? i mean too light touch wont register so pls check n if u go to service center pls post wat they said

What stuff you what to download? If you download using a 3rd party app like uc browser it will not go to media library. This is done for safety purpose by Microsoft. So to access it you have to open uc browser again(offline). Only way to put things into library is through Zune or store in Nokia music..

Downloading what stuff..?.. If U download media stuffs from 3rd party source like uc browser it will not be saved in library . It'll be there in phone but to access it U need to access uc browser again(offline). This is done for safety purpose by Microsoft. Only way to put files in media library is through Zune or store in Nokia music.
but uc browser has a plus point. Normally we cannot download a single file more 40mb in this phone. But uc browser can.. :). But can't download when in background or under locked screen.
