yes thats what i mean.
But i didnt mean that the camera is decent , just not very bad.
I checked some html5 pages , seemed okay to me.
youtube (mobile version) also works smoothly. (full youtube required flash plugin and didn't work correctly)
if u need to check some specific sites then msg them

AnonD-57901, 24 Nov 2012What about Browsing performance in this phone,i don't care ... moreBrowsing performance is smooth ,it took some very heavy websites(like theverge.com) to show little hitches (not much though) but otherwise its quite smooth and with its 4 inch screen web browsing experience is much better compared to other phones in the same price range.
Email app works great ,you can add accounts and can add a live tile for each account. (you can also change the default settings for email which is check new emails at some regular interval to being notified as soon as email arrives but it eats battery soon).
Camera performs ok in sunlight but very bad in dark. Also white balance settings are not good as it adds green tint to each photo in auto white balance
Speaker is good , supplied earphones not so good.
lumia 510 has 800x480 resolution so despite having only 65k display looks good compared to same budget phones (all having 320x480 or less resolution) , but some still images doesn't look good (mostly the pics having a lot of colors gradients) harsh gradient is clearly visible in them.
it loses frames on playing 720p vids , as does every phone in the same price range.
what i like the best about this phone is the great touch senstivity , fluidity of wp7 interface and 233 ppi pixel density . These are the sole reasons why i bought this phone

Hi bro if u want your phone just for calls text message n emails it's good remaining what ever the other mobile has the features don't expect good for hotmail n SMS try it for me I fet up in just 30 minute all the best

And please don't tell me about limitations,i know all of them,but,as this phone has only 256mb ram,i just want to know performance as i asked in my last comment.

What about Browsing performance in this phone,i don't care about gaming,is there any hang ups?And as it is html5 supported,does that work properly?What about e-mails?And what about camera,display,speaker quality?And can this phone play 720p vidz without any frames missing?

RAM is not enough for the phone, So it's not a good phone and it's OS is Windows 7.5 which is not the latest one, this is also a negative point of this phone.
