Once zune is installed, then your phone automatically ups zune in pc. Then transfer from phone to pc is automatic. Mobile music, photos, videos need to be deleted/updated/added manually.

If so tell me which phone needs to spend over 200meg data just to set up ringtones/send videos and music. Which smartphones has refused to download computer softwares even when they are not supported by the phone?

Lumia is the most not user friendly smartphones I have ever used. Nothing works from ringtones,downloads of computer softwares e.g vlc,pcdj... ,videos are all unsupported format,in order to load music on to it im must download Zune software. What if I don't have access to the internet? If I had known I would have bought it...

i have nokia lumia 800.. the phone have bad quality of sound in earphone the loudness is very low..in your nokia lumia have high quality of loudness in earphone?
