If there is no front camera you can not make a video call, Sonny Xperia Neo V can make a video Call even using a skype call or YM video call. But yes experia use Android not Windows.

This phone supports 720p right (1280x720)? My recorded video only got a 640x480 resolution meaning its only 480p. How can I change it to the max. video resolution of 720p? Please reply.
