Windows lowered his standards to fiind a place for lower end Nokias ... on the other hand Nokia didn't raised his standards higher than what he's offering for WP7(808 is brilliant for that camera and for the efforts of doing something good from nothing but ...)
I see Microsoft plans of buiyng Nokia.

But windows os is just an average one and it needs several other microsoft stuff for full usability like zune.
Android is better, I suggest you go to the showrooms and check them.

RAM: 256MB? This must be Tango version that runs in renstrictive mode phones less than 256 RAM... not Mango.

With Explorer's 90 mb memory you can download only a couple of apps until the memory is full (all the apps can't be moved to SD). 3) Android won't run well with 512 mb ram. Trust me. WP run's well with 256 mb.
