to unlock it depends on who your phone is locked to. to unlock mine i was with vodaphone and went to the vodaphone unlock phone site and it gave me a code for it. no phone calls or waiting on hold to someone for ages it was fast and easy

So difficult to use because BING is interrupting you every moment. Why Nokia made a phone no upgradeable to Windows 8?. Why i have to use a computer to download music? Nokia must refund money to buyers.
