Trisha, I would like to inform you that I own a Lumia 610, and I'm using it very easily. As you're facing bluetooth problem so I wanna shoot it out. I also has faced the same so here is two tricks for you to shoot it out yourself.
1. You cannot transfer data untill you pair your phone, So pair it first from another phone. Then transfer.
2. But If you still face the problem, then here's the trick I used . Send anything to that phone and then just send your desired item to Lumia, you'll get that very easily without any problem.Anything else??
