Bought Lumia 638 on may 2015; from very beginning phone was not playing any video files(mp4,3g)either stored or from YouTube.gave the phone to Microsoft care,they returned the set after 1 and half months,changed it; this model they gave is Nokia RM 1010. It has denim update.
