Those who can't make a call on Lumia 710 can go to the setting to phone and change the caller ID to, show my caller ID to my contact....

Two step process. Go to settings>mobile network>on. Second turn on WiFi and internet sharing. Access from other device want to use data .using WiFi connect after search give the password ur lumia shows and it will connect in 60 seconds or less.
