I don't know why people are posting negative reviews. I am using this amazing phone for more than 2 months. I have faced some problems earlier but came to know the simple solutions. Users face problems because windows phone is not at all same as the iphone or the android. Some people are posting that the battery backup is only of 3 hrs or such, but i am using the phone with internet and battery stays for 15 hrs+ with decent use. But if you are expecting the phone with such features and internet usage to be having extraordinary battery life then sorry, its not your cup of tea, buy a car battery and connect your phone using step downs. It will give you much longer backups.
Due to the features and performance of this phone i will recommend it over android and iphone.
This phone is difficult to use for the first time, but after some time of usage you will get to know about each and every feature of this amazing phone..
P.S. Its an amazing phone. I will recommend it over the iphone and Android. Must Buy!

Never actually use... moreHi friends, whoever is postings good about this phone, please don't believe them because they might be relatives of Nokia :) or definitely they are paid for postings good comments. So please check each and every option and then only buy if ur satisfied. Even the shopkeepers also cheat and bluff to sell this phone. For example there's no front camera in this phone but for why the shit they have designed as two black dots showing as front camera. So in this way they are cheating. So be careful while buying this bloddy NOKIA SHITTYTTTTTTTT:(

Totally not happy, with phone and service provided by Nokia.
Phone went automatically reset to factory default by erasing all data existing.
Every time firmware upgrade, you will lose all data which you stored and with application, it means you will cost every time for application download. (Hahahaha Wonder)
Applications are not much as Android and Mac.
Technical Expertise is not available with nokia Service, because they will take more the month to repair in case of small or Major Issue.
They don’t adhere to the commitment and don’t understand the customer problem.
if the option of replacement or money back, I will chose money rather than replacement

Really has to be the worst handsetI have ever used from Nokia, Battery life sucks, not even 3hours your battery is dead.

So many ppl who used it will agreed with me on terms that with its price and WINDOWS.. U cant better than this one..
Certainly best option over Android phones..

Really not satisfied because YouTube videos are not supported it never plays,Bluetooth is useless,Nokia music always shows error while downloading always a massage comes connectivity lost.

Very very bad battary back up. And no Hindi language.
