To download or upload music , video , pictures , large games or apps , maps and so on on or from your Lumia you have to use the Zune program on your PC . Some above have alternative like skydrive or WiFi, maybe bluetooth (havent tried yet) , but 3G and Edge are for smaller files . Reason is that for large file that would cost you a lot to do it on 3G or edge mobile network and Nokia dont want you to spend on that . Well I guess here ..
Just download Zune on your PC , its free ,(you can find the link on google) . You might have to log in a some point on your win live account xxx@live.com , the one you must create when your first use your phone , cant remember if necessary .
Once you have installed Zune , run it , connect your phone to your PC via the USB cable , and wait for your phone icon to appear bottom left on Zune screen . Go to setting to see the folders for video , photo or music , you can change those if you want . Then copy whatever you want to transfert say video file , to the video folder . Go to Collection/video on Zune you should see that video image or icon . Then drag that icon to the phone icon bottom left of the zune screen and wait for the video to load on your phone . Done .
Same deal for music , same for pictures .
For large games or some other large files you must initiate from the phone while connected to Zune . click on the game that could not load on mobile network , and it will load to your phone with your PC as gateway . Have tried those , on my Lumia 710 , so it works .
Ah yes , to create your Windows live account , if you have not created it when you first switched on your phone go to settings /email+accounts/windows live and create an account XXXX@live.com where XXXX is whatever you choose , and choose a password . You must have a windows live account for many goodies on the windows phone .

I got my Lumia 710 a month back, and regret the decision now. I too face the same problem with Nokia drive app not able to access GPS, as most other people who got the Lumia 710 in the recent months.
I tried doing everything possible on the software side from updating the app and the OS version to re-installing the app. Nothing works. I called the Nokia helpline and they were of not much use, except for the advice of going to Nokia care centre.
After going through many forum discussions, I see this issue is pretty common and is related to hardware. The only solution that worked is replacement of the motherboard.
I wonder why Nokia is not addressing this issue, since its quite clear that the problem is quite widespread.
I used to be a big supporter of Nokia earlier. But lately, Nokia really sucks.

Ppl help me! This phone is so no understanding!Does somebody knows how to change my windows ID ? I have one but it says "you're a child do it from your computer" I tried to make a new ID but it doesn't work.. How to create a new so I can download from marketplace - that is my first question? And my second is how to put from my PC on my phone music ? I need you're help!!!

This is my first ever Windows phone, bought one from a friend for £80(!) to replace my HTC One-X because I also have a HTC Flyer and was not using the tab due to having such a powerful phone. The Nokia 710 is really good-looking, it's light and feels reassuring, there's just something about it. Some people might think it feels cheap; I'm just glad to be using something smaller. It's really fast on wifi, it loads Youtube videos immediately and plays them flawlessly which my One X and XE never could even though they were much higher spec. I'd definitely recommend this for people looking for a "budget" phone that feels way more expensive than it is. The crying shame is, with so many Apple zombies and the upcoming Windows 8, many people will miss out on this brilliant little phone.

great cellphone but Music quality disappointing .I am still using it but i use an ipod to listen music. Really really bad music experience . May be nokia will get us an update for equalizers in music player
