It is a good phone if you do not want to use a lot of applications. But skype cannot be installed for Canada, gmail account hard to add and Marketplace is just way more complicated to use then Google play. So my opinion is better an android phone for applications....If just for making calls then this NOKIA is good. Also upgrade to 7.8 windows took a lot of time- 1 hour.....

it is worst phone ever from Nokia, i bought this phone in 2013 but after one month just i dump and i am not using this phone, there is no blue tooth, no facebook apps for this phone,no expendable memory slot, this is very useless phone seen in my life.

agnish, 15 Jun 2014I am Don't see downloaded video and music on player.No mass storage facility and no window 8 update for lumia 710. And nokia also stop the production of this phone if you want to stop the production don't launch. Please make long term policy... It is the worst phone i ever brought i will never buy again nokia phone because of bad service...
